  • Where is Clothing Shop located, Is it Online based?
    Yes, Chicktop is online based shop. Unfortunately, we aren't a storefront, so we do not offer the joys of shopping.
  • What are your hours of operations?
    Our hours of operations have recently changed. In order to better support the needs of our customers, we will now be available for support from 8am to 4:30pm, Month -Friday.
  • How do I know which size fits me?
    Each product page has a size chart (INCHES/CM) and a size guide at the end of the product image gallery.
  • How can I pay for my order?
    Chicktop Shop currently accepts payment via PayPal only. You can pay using your cards through PayPal.
  • How do I cancel or edit an order?
    You can cancel or make changes to your order by accessing your account within 12 hours. This includes adding or removing products, updating shipping details, or changing the shipping method. If the order has been sent to production, it means that the data has reached our print shop, and they may already be working on fulfilling the order. As a result, it may not be possible to request a cancellation at this point.
  • How long will it take me to get my order?
    The delivery time depends on your destination and the quantities you have ordered. Orders shipped within the US are typically delivered within 3–7 business days. The maximum will be 14 days. Orders shipped outside the US are typically delivered within 7-14 business days. The maximum will be 21 days.
  • How do I return my order?
    All of our products are unique, and we have an internal process for production quality. Hence, this means that returns and exchanges are not supported. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Chicktop offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 3 days of product delivery.
